    A new Visually Impaired and Blind Football session starting in Gateshead.

    If you know or would like to participate, the session is open to all abilities aged, 18 and above.

    The sessions take place on a Tuesday evening at Gareshead International Stadium from 5.30 - 6.30pm The sessions are ran by a Level 2 Coach and are £3 per session.

    New FREE prehab clinic for aspiring Para-athletes.

    The prehab clinic is designed to help prevent injuries through strength and conditioning and is ran in the Zone Gym in the Lifestyle building at Newcastle College campus; this is a fully equipped gym with resistance machines, free weights, studio and hand cycle machine. Each person will have a tailored plan created for them to achieve their targets.

    This facility is completely free and currently runs on a Thursday from 4pm-7pm however if we receive enough interest we will offer additional days/evenings to suit our clients. The clinic starts week commencing 27th January and will run to Easter, however there are students willing to continue the clinic over the summer months if there is demand for it.

    The clinic run by level 5 and 6 students who are all qualified and supervised. Many students have done additional courses to offer further treatments and support also. Neal Seccombe is the supervising tutor and is always present during clinic.
