SMILE Through Sport CIC is governed by a board of directors. These directors have a range of skills from across sport, disability and business. Our current board consists of four directors. Two Non-Executive Directors and two members. Our Non-Executive Directors place on the board is reviewed every three years and each has a maximum term of 9 years.

Our directors meet every quarter and work to set our organisational strategy, check and challenge our ongoing work and ensure SMILE Through Sport CIC is working to create sustainable sporting activities for disabled people.
